In Paul’s letters, we learn not just rich theology, but we see wise soul care at work. Paul knew people, he knew God, and he knew how to apply that knowledge in his care for others, rooted in Christ’s perfect love. Join us for teaching, worship, and encouragement at the 2025 CCEF National Conference: To Live Is Christ: The Life & Ministry of Paul in Hershey, PA, this October 3–5.

The national conference is a highlight of our year here at CCEF. For months already we have been planning, discussing, and preparing for it. This year, we will be learning together about the life and ministry of the apostle Paul. It is such a meaningful opportunity to draw deeply from Paul’s writings and allow them to shape how we think and live, and to shape how we counsel and walk with others. As we look forward to this special gathering, I want to extend a personal invitation to you. Whether you have attended in the past or this would be your first time, we would love for you to join us.

When the apostle Paul begins his letter to the Christians in Rome, he writes, I long to see you so that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to make you strong. That is, that you and I may be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith. This verse truly resonates as I extend this invitation to you. We know that saying yes to coming means sacrifice that you will set aside time, rearrange your schedule, and make a financial investment. We are so grateful for that investment, because seeing one another in person always proves to be such a rich time of connection, reconnection, and being mutually encouraged by one another. We have seen it year after year—the conversations that bring renewed hope and strength for ministry, the teaching that sheds fresh light on God’s Word, and the connections that remind us we are not alone. Paul’s life was one of both bold faith and intense struggles in him. We have a father in the faith who persevered until the end through his story. We see how God meets us in our weakness, strengthens us in our trials, and empowers us to live our lives in a manner that is worthy of the name of Christ. We can’t wait to explore all of this together, and we hope you will be a part of it.
