What does it mean to be human? Everywhere you look, people are wrestling with this question. Beneath so many social trends, cultural winds, and personal struggles are deeper questions about our identity and purpose. The noise is loud and confusion is rampant, and the message of our fragmented world is clear: Being human isn’t enough.
But what if being human—fully, honestly, joyfully human—isn’t a problem to outgrow but a gift to receive? Creation displays a triune God who beautifully designed our humanity to reflect his image. The incarnation shows us how he doesn’t despise our humanity but takes it on himself in Christ. And the resurrection shows us that he redeems and restores our humanity toward a glorious future.
Join us next October in Virginia Beach, where we’ll explore together what it means to live according to God’s beautiful, wise design and how to help others embrace it, too. We’ll learn from the person and work of Christ, who doesn’t strip away our humanity but makes us fully human again.
We're excited to welcome Matt Papa as our worship leader for this year's conference. Through his music and ministry, Matt helps believers see the beauty and truth of the gospel. Learn more about his work here.
“Thank you CCEF for such a robust and nourishing conference! Our hearts are full, our minds are full, and we feel so held by our gracious and good Heavenly Father. Your endeavors are impacting lives by God’s grace.”
