Marriage often shows us how difficult it is to love. This workshop will help you to make the connections between knowing Christ, changing your heart, and loving your spouse to improve your marriage as well as your relationships with others.
In the second of this four-part talk, Winston Smith revisits Jesus’ big picture of marriage and relationships that helps us stay oriented as we consider relational problems. He breaks down the first and second great commandments from Matthew 22, and he connects our relational issues to our own tendencies toward idolatry and worshipping the wrong things. He concludes this section with a discussion of the command to love our neighbor and the implications it has for relationships of all types.
