Aaron Sironi, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, is Director of Counseling at CCEF Montana and a faculty member at CCEF. Aaron has a passion for building deep relationships with local churches and loves to come along side pastoral ministers through consultation, training, and counseling services. He loves living in Big Sky Country with his wife, Kellie, and their three energetic sons and two foster girls. Read his article Becoming a Biblical Counselor: A Skeptics Journey. Ann-Marie McKittrick grew up in Montana. She has a B.A. in history from the University of Montana and attended law school at the University of Notre Dame and the University of Hawaii. She works full-time as an attorney. For the last ten years she specialized in sex crimes and domestic abuse and worked with people who were deeply traumatized. Her desire to see the gospel touch the lives of those who are suffering led her to biblical counseling. Ann-Marie is married and has two very active teen-aged daughters. She spends most of her time keeping up with them. She loves traveling, reading great literature and fiction, gardening, and spending time with friends. Areas of interest: sexual abuse, domestic abuse, trauma, teens, women’s issues, and burnout.
Janice Bradley manages the CCEF Montana office. Janice retired from library administration in 2006. She and her husband Bill moved back to Montana as both are Montana natives and have lots of local family members. Since retirement, Janice worked with Peacemaker Ministries, Montana Family Foundations, and most recently in the oil and gas industry as a document controller. She has two grown daughters but no grandkids yet (… hope reigns eternal)! She feels very blessed to be working with Aaron and Ann-Marie at CCEF Montana.
Contact the office for more information about fees and insurance eligibility. All counseling charges are due at each appointment with a few exceptions. We accept cash (exact amount appreciated), personal checks, and HSA debit cards.
As a service to you, we submit claims to select insurance companies. For those we don’t file, a completed insurance claim form will be provided so you can file with your insurance. Please bring your insurance card with you to your first appointment. For those we do file, insurance co-pays must be paid at the time of service. If your insurance company pays more than anticipated, your account will be credited. You are ultimately responsible for any expenses incurred if your insurance does not pay what you expected.
It is your responsibility to be aware of your outpatient mental health benefits before you come in for your first appointment.
There is some quick paperwork that is required for counseling. We have the necessary forms below in case you want to bring the completed forms and speed up the process.
