Double Your Impact

Dear friend,

Your generosity is making an impact on the church. And during the month of September, you have the opportunity to double your impact. Every gift will be doubled—dollar for dollar up to $250,000.

Fifty-five years after CCEF’s founding, the Lord is continuing to use biblical counseling to serve and equip the church. Pastors come to us looking for help with challenging cases. Church leaders are looking for training in wise care. People are asking what the Scriptures say about the hardest struggles we face—trauma, anxiety, conflict, and more.

For fifty-five years now, the Lord has used the generosity of his people to serve those in need through the ministry of CCEF. Here are some ways we’ve seen that take shape this year.

Alasdair Groves recently spoke to 1,600 people in the Dominican Republic on thinking biblically about emotions. Ed Welch traveled to Australia to train 70 seminary students, all currently involved in ministry, on how to handle complex situations they’ll face as biblical counselors and pastors.

Pastors, lay counselors, and future church leaders are taking our courses, including a new course we’re offering for the first time this fall, Everyday Problems in Counseling. We’re having conversations with elders about how minibooks and other resources could bless their congregation. Our faculty and counselors have regular consultations with helpers who feel stuck in challenging counseling situations.

Would you consider making a gift today to continue making possible these opportunities to serve the church? Every gift in September will be doubled, up to $250,000.

As we seek to serve the church, we are aware of the interdependent way God has set up the church. Your generosity provides resources and training that will bless and fortify the church’s ministry to one another. Thank you for your partnership.

Blessings,

P.S. This year, we need to raise almost $600,000 more than last year. Would you invest in this work by giving today and having your gift make twice the impact?
