Churches often use care teams to assist and support people who are going through a hard time or significant transition. This article describes how to create and manage these teams and how to determine what type of team is needed based on the situation. So, though a basic care team is sufficient to help a couple with a new baby, a crisis care team is needed for a family impacted by suicide. This is a must-read for church leadership.
