In this editorial, David Powlison discusses the importance of listening for understanding. Powlison argues that we live in a day when airing my opinion matters more than listening intently in order to learn. He argues that Christ changes people who listen, so compulsive talkers have a serious problem. Powlison concludes by offering practical ways we can grow in intentional listening.
