A Broken Marriage Restored

In this article, Marjorie and David Bottorff recount their journey through marital difficulties. In part 1, “A Fork in the Road,” Marjorie recounts the challenges she faced in a difficult marriage and recounts how their marriage was restored after Christ became the rightful center of the marriage. She joined a home Bible study that helped her see how Scripture and God’s mercy could intervene and save this empty marriage. In part 2, “A Battle of Priorities,” David writes on work and relationship priorities. The struggle to reconcile these two competing forces required them to change our view of the situation. He concludes that only when we order priorities correctly, with God in first place, will the battle end.
