If you have coverage, we are glad to provide you with the proper receipts for your carrier. However, you will be expected to make full payment at the time of your session and have your insurance company reimburse you. Thanks for your understanding.

On the rare occasion that the CCEF New England office closes due to weather, we will call all counselees scheduled for that day. Should you ever decide to cancel your session due to weather, we simply ask that you call to let us know. No cancellation fee will be charged.
