People with psychiatric diagnoses/disorders can be emotionally volatile. Their emotional responses to the stresses of relationships and life’s problems can seem unpredictable, extreme, and sometimes directed personally at those around them. This workshop will help you understand how to navigate your own hurt and confusion, and respond to emotional volatility with wisdom and love.

This lecture is from the 2011 National Conference, “Psychiatric Disorders.” Also available as a DVD curriculum designed to be used individually or in a group setting.
