Shutting Up Because of the Fear of Speaking Up!

We all have felt guilty about not sharing our faith. How can we move toward others with the freedom and grace the gospel gives us? In this audio talk, John Leonard addresses the fears that go along with sharing our faith with others. Leonard describes an experience of being evangelized that left him feeling cold, depressed, and discouraged and poses the question, “How often do we do that with people we evangelize?” He proposes that evangelism should look like counseling and teaching, and can be thought of as “street counseling.” Leonard concludes with twelve practical principles that can lead to fruitful evangelism in everyday life.
