Playing Second Fiddle or Adding Harmony? Many of us—assistant pastors, employees, spouses—are called to serve alongside another’s ministry, spending our lives helping another person succeed. This calling may feel unimportant, or second-rate. But it is not. By serving God’s kingdom alongside another person and being committed to another’s success, we live out our true identity. This seminar is for anyone in an assistant or helper role. We will explore practical ways to thrive in this role, and build a passion for adding harmony to the great chorus of God’s redemption story.
