Finishing Face to Face: The Priesthood Fulfilled in the Book of Revelation

In the book of Revelation all the priestly promises that have been anticipated in the unfolding story of Scripture arrive at their fulfilment. Cities and gardens, rivers and trees, temples and altars, jewels and clothes all feature in this climactic vision of glory. Every promise of personal intimacy, every glimpse of divine majesty, and every revelation of spiritual wisdom are finally realized in Christ. God is with his people and they behold him face to face. This wondrous vision of future glory should inform our worship, shape our churches, and animate our love.“The grace of the Lord Jesus be with all. Amen”
