When we’re talking about anger, we’re talking about the problem of evil. The unraveling of anger is a long and messy process. In this audio talk, David Powlison argues that anger speaks of both the finest and the foulest feelings and acts. He begins with defining anger as saying, “I’m against that, it displeases me, and it’s wrong.” Anger is not an issue “out there” that can simply be avoided or destroyed, but cuts directly through the human heart.
