In this article, Wesley Walters discusses recent news developments regarding the formation of the Book of Mormon. Namely, that some of the content claimed to be historical, was written by a Congregational minister, Solomon Spalding, some eleven years before Joseph Smith claimed he received the revelation directly. Walters provides analysis and concludes his article with handwritten samples of Spalding’s work.
