In this article, Don Scott presents the idea of an “industrial chaplain:” A fully trained, ordained clergyman, employed by management, to work full-time in the role of counselor within an industrial organization. Scott casts a vision for what this function could look like at other workplaces by offering specific duties of this particular type of chaplain.
