The Dreaded T-Word and Why Women Avoid It

In this article, Carolyn Custis James issues a call for good theology. James asserts that theologian is just another word for Christian. She argues that, for many reasons, women must become good theologians, because the only alternative is to think as bad theologians and to live as ineffective Christians. Custis concludes that our goal is to bring knowing God out of the ivory tower and into the ordinary moments of our lives.
