Some Thoughts on the Tongue and Counseling

In this article, Howard Eyrich examines the role of verbal communication in counseling with a special emphasis on the biblical concept of “the tongue.” Eyrich examines several passages in the book of Proverbs to illustrate the many aspects of the tongue that the Bible speaks to including speech that is pleasing to the Lord and edifying to our brothers.
