Using a case study of a woman struggling with debilitating anxiety, Todd Stryd demonstrates how to use the white board to organize the whirlwind of her feelings and experiences into a form that can be discussed and examined together. Stryd shows how such visual depictions enable her to make connections between underlying issues and current problems and come to new conclusions about how to live out her faith.
