In this brief article, Jay Adams introduces the preaching of Horatius Bonar. This article serves as a preface to Bonar’s sermon, “Believe Just Now.” Adams encourages the reader to learn how to present the gospel of pure grace simply, directly, without vestiges of works righteousness and encourages the reader to study Bonar’s sermon as an exemplar of a master of preaching the gospel.
