In this article, Tim Keller presents a sermon, based on Roman 8:1-14 and answers the question “Did He die for you?” Keller maintains that the grace of God makes us free to acknowledge the “dark mass” inside of us that most needs changing. The grace of God teachers us to abandon our “self-salvation project” in order to find a whole new way of change. Keller argues that the gospel gives us freedom to admit who we are when the information comes, to see where we need to change, to know ourselves. He concludes that the grace of God brings the power of God to bear in immediately changing us.
