Proposal For a New Seminary

In this article, John Frame presents the problem of the modern seminary model: creating graduates that are theologically trained and spiritually unprepared for the work of ministry. He argues that the modern seminary model produces students that are trained as scholars rather than as ministers. Frame presents biblical principles regarding theological education and the pastorate that serve as a foundation for his proposed changes to the standard model of seminary.
