description
The Creative Producer will provide CCEF with creative direction on video and audio projects, helping faculty deliver content from concept to delivery. The role will focus primarily on bringing clarity and precision to CCEF digital content. During studio recordings, the Creative Producer will take detailed content notes and coach talent as they present. This position will also maintain regular communication with internal departments throughout the life cycle of a project. A significant portion of the role will consist of working with our animator and graphic designer in Frame.io to determine when, where, and which motion graphics need to be created.
In addition, the Creative Producer will coordinate various aspects of video productions and will assist the cinematographer during pre-lighting, set-flips, and video shoots.
responsibilities
Pre-production
- Storyboarding and shot-listing
- Assist cinematographer in planning set location, set dressing, lighting, and props
- Final communications with talent before shoot (wardrobe and logistics)
Production
- Assist cinematographer to move cameras, lights, and sometimes furniture during setup
- Help talent format and screencast their transcripts to teleprompter
- Brief talent on shoot expectations, final notes, and suggestions
- Analyze content and take detailed notes as talent records (i.e., Does this concept, idea, or passage need a graphic to illustrate it?, Are scripture passages correct?, etc.)
- Coach talent on delivery
- Assist cinematographer to flip sets between shoots
Post-production
- Work with animator in Frame.io to create motion graphics
- Send requests for new art to graphic designer
- Send periodic updates to Content Driver for feedback and revisions
- Proof final text/graphics/animations before publication
- Track project deadlines in conjunction with Media Services Manager
qualifications

- Creative writing and editorial skills for refining and proofing both scripts and graphic content
- General understanding of cinematography and post-production process
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage a public calendar and track multiple deadlines.
- Proofing content for biblical accuracy, theological alignment, and errors through all stages of the production.
- Ability to learn and retain technical skills (i.e., teleprompter operation, gaffing, and occasional camera operation)
- Technological proficiency with experience in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel required
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Course Development & Instruction Administrative Assistant

The School of Biblical Counseling (SBC) is a branch of CCEF’s ministry that offers unaccredited online coursework in biblical counseling. The Course Development and Instruction (CDI) Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the SBC by collaborating with the CDI team and providing administrative support to the CDI Manager.
responsibilities
Instructional Support
- Monitor and respond to emails in the Online Instructor (OI) Support inbox
- Provide administrative support to the CDI Manager for new OI applicants
- Create instructor contracts for CDI Manager approval and facilitate payment process
- Track and process course-related royalty payments as needed
- Collaborate with CDI Manager to maintain OI Training Manual, OI Hub, and other OI Support documents
- Grant and maintain OI access to requisite materials in the OI Hub
- Provide administrative support to the CDI Manager for student evaluations of OIs
Course Development
- Collect and collate course feedback for CDI Manager review
- Support CDI Manager with Course Development documentation
- Create and maintain course production project plans in SBC’s project management tool
- Prepare course revisions documents for CDI Manager
- Maintain program-wide reading list and onsite library
- Source and pay requisite copyright permissions for each course each term
- Identify areas to provide administrative support for CDI’s projects
- Prepare CDI Manager and Advancement-approved supplemental course materials, such as syllabi, course notebooks, handouts, student samples to conform to CCEF’s approved style guide
- Prototype suggested updates and maintain supplemental course material templates for CDI Manager review
- Support CDI Manager with team projects as needed
qualifications

The Faculty Administrative Assistant provides high-level support to the Dean of Faculty and faculty using a variety of project management, communication, and organizational skills.
responsibilities
- Managing the Dean of Faculty’s schedule, mail and email correspondence, task list, and files
- Working closely with the Dean of Faculty to compile, organize, and track faculty members’ annual internal and external responsibilities and commitments
- Managing logistics and agendas for all faculty meetings and taking notes, as well as scheduling and supporting additional faculty-related meetings as needed
- Acting as a liaison for CCEF departmental scheduling and project requests involving faculty
- Managing external requests for CCEF faculty
- Administrating faculty requests for books and supplies
- Providing tailored administrative support to individual faculty members as needed. This includes but is not limited to: meeting with faculty members to review task lists and vet internal and external requests, scheduling, reimbursements, mail/email correspondence, and filing
- Coordinating faculty-related special events (e.g., faculty retreats, networking opportunities)

Behind-the-scenes support of the staff of CCEF through maintaining the buildings and grounds and assisting the Operations Manager. This is a project-based position and will follow the labor laws for a 1099 Independent Contractor.

- Event setup and teardown
- Facilities projects (ex. basic wall repair and painting)
- Office furniture building, installation, and rearranging
- Seasonal tending to the grounds (ex. leaf collection and removal, watering flowers, use of lawn maintenance equipment)
