What does it look like when our mission is being fulfilled? The way people help others expresses practical mercy and truth.

Even when you love Scripture’s wisdom, you no doubt struggle with how to apply your faith in everyday life at home and work. John Hayward is the Upper School Dean at Covenant Christian Academy in Harrisburg, PA. Here is a snapshot of how his school has a vision not just for Christian education but for Christian relationships. He uses CCEF’s Journal of Biblical Counseling (JBC) to train teachers.

“The JBC has become a core part of how I train and develop our faculty. The way that the articles combine deep thinking, biblical faithfulness and fresh articulation shape how we work and also model how we want to train our students to think and live. Why do I love using the JBC in teacher development? Because I need to be guided to wise and true answers to the problems my students (and all of us) face.”
