Registration Rates and Packages
There are a variety of registration packages and opportunities. Find one to fit your needs. We have limited seating. Please register early—we sold out last year!
1. Four Day Package Rates - Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Pay less than half price for a Pre-Conference when you register for a 4 day package (see below)
$275 Pastoral Care/Counseling pre-conference + three day Conference ($70 savings) Includes lunch for pre-conference, conference and conference notebook.
$275 Ordinary Moments/Extraordinary Marriages pre-conference + three day Conference ($70 savings) Includes lunch for pre-conference, conference and conference notebook.
$375 Both Pastoral Care and Marriage pre-conferences + three day Conference ($90 savings) Includes lunch for pre-conference, conference and conference notebook.
$275 Como Cambia la Gente pre-conference + three day Conference ($70 savings) Includes lunch for pre-conference, conference and conference notebook.
2. Pre-conference Only Rates (Thursday, November 12)
Ordinary Moments/Extraordinary Marriages (9:00 am to 12:30 pm) — $120 per person.
Implementing a Pastoral Care/Counseling Ministry in the Local Church (2:00 pm to 6:00 pm) — $120 per person.
Register for both Pre-Conferences listed above – $215 per person ($25 savings)
Como Cambia la Gente (9:00 am – 5:00 pm) — $120 per person (Can not be combined with another pre-conference).
3. Conference Registration Rates (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Conference registration: $225 per person
Bring a group of 10, the 11th comes free! Applies to Conference only. Anyone attending either or both of the pre-conferences can not be counted towards this number.
4. Conference - Day Rates (Friday or Saturday Only)
$125 for Friday or Saturday only.
No childcare provided for any sessions. Children tend to get bored easily, so we suggest that you, your child and those around you would be happier if children are left in someone else's care.
What your fee includes...
Fees include conference sessions, conference notebook and lunches. There are great restaurants for dinner, and you may purchase meals and snacks at the Convention Center.
No childcare will be provided.
Register early! Seating is limited!
Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation shortly after registering. This will serve as your proof of registration. If you do not receive confirmation, please call toll free 1-800-318-2186, or email us at customerservice@ccef.org.
Cancellation: There is a $40 administrative charge for each individual cancelled or altered registration.
Requests for refunds should be made to CCEF by October 16, 2009.
No refunds will be given after October 16, 2009.
Accommodations: If you require overnight accommodations, please click here for hotel info. Please make your reservations early to ensure room availability.
Current CCEF on-site/distance education students, WTS STUDENTS (not claiming credit through WTS) and SUPPORTING CHURCH PASTORS should not register via the web but register through CCEF Customer Service at 1-800-318-2186.
