Why Register a Group?
- Leadership training
- Build community in your church
- Continue to learn and grow in your personal life and ministry
- Our 2010 conference will, in the words of Ephesians, "equip [you] for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ."
- Special Group Offer:
- Register 10 people for any combination of conference packages A, B or C, and get one conference registration FREE. Sign up 20, get 2 etc. (This does not include student, Pre-Conference ONLY or One Day ONLY registrations).

- Anyone desiring to gain a deeper understanding of what the Bible says about marriage
Requesting Group Information Packets
If interested in receiving a group information packet (including a short DVD presentation of 2009 Conference highlights) enter your information in the "message" section below. Please leave your mailing address and the number of brochures you will need.
Group Leader Suggested Planning Schedule
5-8 MONTHS BEFORE
- Request a group information packet with brochures.
- Explore our website for full details of the conference.
- Distribute conference brochures.
- Contact ministry leaders in your church and encourage them to bring their group as a ministry training tool.
- Put an announcement in your church bulletin. Add your name to the bulletin announcement as the group organizer. You can find a sample document below.
- Register your group by June 15th and you will get the (lowest) Super Early Bird rate!
- Display poster and brochures in your church’s common areas.
- Hold a luncheon after church to explain what the conference is all about.
3 – 4 MONTHS BEFORE
- Register any remaining members of your group by September 15th and receive the Early Bird Rate!
- Book hotel accommodations. Click here for more information. CCEF has rooms blocked at several area hotels and the official link to reserve these rooms is on this page. We encourage you to make your hotel reservation through this link as it is a simple way to help CCEF keep its conference rates as low as possible.
- Book your travel and transportation. You will find driving directions on the Virginia Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau’s website: www.vbfun.com/conventionCenter/drivingDirections.aspx
- Distribute group member information sheet to group participants. Make sure they have all the information they need.
Registering a Group
To make group registration easier, print out our MS Excel group registration form, which can also be found below. This form is simply a tool to aid you in gathering information for online registration.
NOTE: At the end of the online registration process, one payment is made on behalf of the group.
