Accomodations:

After October 15th, CCEF's room block at our four recommended hotels (Doubletree, Fairfield, Hilton and Hampton) will be at capacity. However, you may still contact these hotels and other lodging in the area for availability. 

Shuttle. Continuous shuttle service to the Virginia Beach Convention Center from the CCEF-recommended Hotels (Fairfield Hotel-19th & Atlantic, Hilton Oceanfront Hotel-31st & Atlantic, Hampton Inn North-33rd & Atlantic) will be provided by motor coach. All coaches will have signs designating CCEF shuttle. Please wear name badge and wait for coach on the curb of Atlantic Ave. on the oceanfront side, as shuttle will be running south to north only and can not stop for long.  (Those who are booked at the Doubletree hotel will not need shuttle transport as it is adjacent to the Convention Center). 

(Pick-up location for the Hilton and Hampton Inn north is between the 2 hotels in the cut-out by the park pavilion).

Air: The nearest airport to the Convention Center is the Norfolk International Airport. Also nearby is Newport News-Williamsburg International Airport. Driving directions from the Norfolk airport can be found here or just a short 20 minute taxi ride.

Reservations for transportation from the Norfolk International Airport may be made in advance by visiting www.orangepeeltransportation.com or by phone 757-463-7500. Guests will be grouped by arrival times to allow for a discounted rate. With 4 or more guests per shuttle the rate will be $14.00 per person. Guests should identify themselves with CCEF when making their reservation. If you decide to make a reservation with Orange Peel, after arriving at Norfolk International Airport, please proceed to the Baggage Claim Terminal and Exit Door 1. Cross the Crosswalk to the "Courtesy Vehicles" Stand and you should see one of Orange Peel's vehicles waiting.
