National Conference 2010: Exhibitor Information

As an exhibitor, the CCEF conference offers exceptional opportunities to you including the following:



  • Establish contacts with over 1500 leaders in Christian ministry from the US and around the world.

  • Introduce your organization to hundreds of new attendees each year.

  • Develop relationships with leaders from several hundred different churches.

  • Network with like-minded ministries and organizations.

  • Your Ministry Fair registration includes 2 conference registrations as well as your Exhibitor table

Each year, a diverse group of Christian publishers, organizations, colleges and universities will exhibit at the conference. Plan to build time into your schedule to view the latest in resources, materials, educational opportunities and services that affirm and promote Christian counseling.


If you are interested in being an exhibitor please follow the online registration details. The registration fee to exhibit in our Ministry Fair is $550. This price includes conference attendance for 2 people for Friday, November 12 – Sunday, November 14. If others from your organization would like to attend the conference, they can register for $190 per person. We will provide one skirted 6' by 30" table for any materials you wish to display, and high speed wireless internet access. Electricity can be provided for an additional charge $85 per space (20 amp/120 volts) if ordered before November 4, 2010. Set up times for your Exhibitor Booth will be:


Thursday, November 11: 7am – noon and 2:30pm – 5pm
Friday, November 12: 7am


After you register, you will receive a receipt and an Exhibitor Kit that will provide information about your Exhibitor space, ordering electricity and other pertinent details. If you have any questions about exhibiting, please contact Dean Jones, eventzman@comcast.net.


HANDOUT MATERIALS – Please feel free to bring hand-out materials (ie. ministry brochures etc.) relating to your ministry. They may be displayed and given out from your booth.


RETAIL OPPORTUNITY - As an exhibitor, you may sell products at the conference book store. Please contact Doug Downer, Retail Manager at Doug@BiblioFi.com for details.

If you've never participated as an Exhibitor at a CCEF conference, please forward a copy of your "Statement of Faith" by email to customerservice@ccef.org or by mail to: CCEF 1803 E. Willow Grove AVE, Glenside, PA 19038, Attn: National Conference, immediately after registering. Please click here to see our Mission Statement.


Admissions as an exhibitor: CCEF reserves the right to refuse exhibit space to any applicant for any reason. In addition CCEF reserves the right to refuse exhibit space to any exhibitor if, after receiving registration and payment, information should come to the attention of CCEF, which in the reasonable judgment of CCEF, demonstrates that the proposed exhibit or ministry would be inconsistent with the principles espoused by CCEF or unfavorable to the public reputation of CCEF. In the event CCEF should exercise this right, any deposit and exhibit fees paid to CCEF shall be refunded.


CCEF reserves the right to refund your registration after receiving your Statement of Faith.
