Intensive courses are designed for students who desire a full course over several successive days, rather than the semester long format. Both Onsite and Distance Education students are encouraged to register.
Intensives are scheduled for January and June, 2011. The January intensives take place on four successive Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays.
The January Counseling Observation class will be led by Laura Andrews. The benefits of taking a counseling observation intensive are described by Alasdair Groves, in this video.
Essential Qualities of a Biblical Counselor will be taught by Monica Kim. Watch as she talks about the focus of this class and its focus on personal character development.
New for this January intensive is Seminar in Professional Orientation. Led by Michael Emlet and Winston Smith, this class will cover a variety of professional practice, administration, and ethical issues.
