If you are interested in being an exhibitor please follow the online registration details. Each ministry fair space will cost $550. This price includes conference attendance and lunch for 2 people on Friday, 11/13 and Saturday, 11/14. If others from your organization would like to attend the conference, they can register for the early bird rate of $190 per person. We will provide one skirted 6' by 30" table for any materials you wish to display, and high speed wireless internet access. Electricity can be provided for an additional charge $120 per space (15 amp/120 volts) if ordered before October 30th 2009.  Please call CCEF toll free, 1-800-318-2186 if you have any questions or email customerservice@ccef.org.

After you register, you will receive a receipt and a confirmation letter.  A conference pack will be mailed to you to promote the conference to your constituents.

HANDOUT MATERIALS - If you are bringing free hand out materials relating to your ministry, our conference attendee numbers this year will be approximately 2300.

RESOURCES - PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL BOOKS AND AUDIO PRODUCTS CAN ONLY BE SOLD THROUGH OUR CONFERENCE BOOKSTORE. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURSUE THIS, PLEASE EMAIL debbie@newgrowthpress.com. A limited number of other products that are not books or audio may be sold from your booth. We do not encourage sales from booths. However, if you chose to sell from your booth, it is your responsibility as the exhibitor to ensure that you adhere to the merchant license and sales tax guidelines/rules for Pennsylvania.

Please note the following:

Admissions as an exhibitor: CCEF reserves the right to refuse exhibit space or accept sponsorship to any applicant for any reason. In addition CCEF reserves the right to refuse exhibit space to any exhibitor or accept sponsorship if, after receiving registration and payment, information should come to the attention of CCEF, which in the reasonable judgment of CCEF, demonstrates that the proposed exhibit or ministry would be inconsistent with the principles espoused by CCEF or unfavorable to the public reputation of CCEF. In the event CCEF should exercise this right, any deposit and exhibit fees paid to CCEF shall be refunded.
